Enviro tour

Whainga Goal: I am learning to participate in the environment. I am learning in and for and about the environment. Let’s find out about all the changes that are happening in our school environment.

We had an environmental tour of our school this afternoon.

We are beginning to wonder and think about our environment ready for next term.

Some of the wonders included:

I wonder if there are rats/worms/insects at the top of the bank.

I wonder why people drop rubbish.

I wonder what would happen if we took away all the weeds.

I wonder what these trees are.

I wonder where that track goes.

I wonder why we shouldn't go on the banks.
